A barber, a restaurant, a landscape business. Each concept begins with the people it needs to reach.
These are independent design concepts, not paid client commissions or business endorsements. Imagery and details require owner approval before a client launch.

Personal, from start to finish
You bring the knowledge of your business. I help turn it into a useful, welcoming website.
We talk about your customers, your services and what you want the website to help people do.
We confirm the pages, assets, price, delivery milestones and terms before a deposit or build starts.
You review the design and content. Two revision rounds help refine the details together.
We check the mobile layout, verify the contact form’s destination and review your launch. You receive the files and handoff.
Your website stays yours
You own your domain and receive the site files. Already have a domain? We plan the connection around your existing setup and email.
Want to make edits yourself? An optional guided handoff can help you use ChatGPT with Codex or Claude with Claude Code to review changes and restore an earlier version.
AI editing help is separately scoped and priced. You use your own provider account; features, subscriptions and usage limits depend on that provider. This illustration shows the idea, not a completed client connection.
Talk about an editing handoffGood questions
Every business starts in a different place. We’ll work through the details before asking you to commit.
We start by looking at what you already own. Any proposed domain or hosting change is reviewed first, including its effect on existing email. No domain transfer or purchase happens without approval.
Only if you need one. A new domain is registered in your name and account. The exact domain, first-year price and renewal price are reviewed before purchase; domain costs are separate from the website package.
Delivery milestones are agreed after we confirm scope, capacity, content and any domain or form dependencies. You receive a proposed schedule before work begins.
The deposit is 50% of the agreed project price and is refundable before build work starts. Post-start cancellation and refund terms are agreed in the written proposal before payment. The remaining 50% is due at launch.
Yes, you receive the site files and instructions. You can also discuss an optional AI editing handoff. A client handoff includes an actual edit, review and restore demonstration before it is called complete.
No. They are independent design concepts, with no claim of business endorsement or a paid client relationship. The business owner must approve facts, images and rights before a real client site launches.
